The faculty at the Executive Leadership Center will make use of a variety of teaching pedagogies including the case study method, lectures, simulations, small group projects and presentations. Sessions are structured around a particular theme or topic, but in implementing the curriculum, special attention is paid to integrating key topics and goals.
All executive programs have a considerable amount of pre-program work which is essential for maximizing the effectiveness of the coursework and setting a framework for post-program implementation. Participants will receive a number of cases and other readings. The faculty will assign analytical projects to frame the class discussion and participants will leave with implementation tasks when they return to their daily responsibilities.
