Step 1: Get Ready to Register
Register for Orientation
Before you begin at Boston University this fall, your first step is to register for and attend an Orientation session. BU as a whole has six sessions this summer and Questrom is hosting First Years for all six of the sessions. All sessions will be held in person on the Charles River Campus. Choose the session and time frame that best accommodates your schedule and that of your family and others who may wish to participate.
At Orientation, you will learn about Boston University – the curriculum and important policies, and the many co-curricular clubs, sports, activities, and resources on campus. You will meet other Questrom School of Business First Years and many members of the Boston University community. You’ll also meet your advisors in the Undergraduate Development Center.
Dates of Summer Orientation 2024:

- Session 2: June 12 – 13
- Session 3: June 20 – 21
- Session 4: June 26 – 27
- Session 5: August 26-27 (FYSOP Participants only)
- Session 6: August 29 – 30 (International/West Coast US Priority)

Orientation is remote, but has two different time frame options. Choose the time frame that best accommodates your schedule and that of your family and others who may wish to participate.
At Orientation, you will learn about Boston University – the curriculum and important policies, and the many extracurricular clubs, sports, activities, and resources on campus. You will meet other Questrom School of Business freshmen and many members of the Boston University community. You will also meet your advisors in the Undergraduate Academic & Career Development Center.

Create your BU Login
You should have already received information on setting up your BU login and Kerberos password (including your BU email account). If you have not yet done this, you must do so before you get started on your registration.
