Appointments During University COVID-19 Response
Starting Monday, September 14th, academic and career advisors are conducting virtual appointments on Zoom and in-person appointments at the Rafik B. Hariri Building. All appointments should be scheduled via Handshake.
Attending a Virtual Appointment
When you open your appointment on Handshake, look to the column on the left and the Zoom link to join your meeting will be located under “WHERE”; this will give you an option for a meeting via a webcam or via phone. Once you click on the URL, you will be in a Zoom waiting room and your advisor will invite you to join the meeting. You will not be required to register in any way, and there will be no required password for your scheduled Zoom meetings.
Attending an In-Person Appointment
When arriving for an-in person scheduled appointment, be sure to wear a mask and be prepared to show your green badge and BU ID. All in-person appointments will take place in rooms located in Suite 230 on the second floor. You will be emailed specific information the day before your appointment with instructions on how to proceed upon arrival.
