MBA Flight Reimbursement Submission Form

This form should be used by MBA students impacted by the cancellations of the various field seminars and global treks. You do not need to complete this form if you received a full refund or a flight voucher for a future flight.

The school will reimburse all non-refunded costs associated with travel to your program and returning to Boston. Note: we cannot reimburse for flights from the program location to other destinations you may have been flying to for extended vacation.

Example: you were flying from Boston to Paris. After the program, you were going to fly from Paris to Berlin for an extended vacation. You were then going to return back to Boston from Berlin. We cannot reimburse for the Paris to Berlin leg of your trip but, would reimburse Boston -> Paris and Berlin -> Boston
