IT Support

Whether it’s Questrom-specific assistance, such as help with our learning management system (Questrom Tools), Questrom Apps, Questrom’s databases, servers, printers, labs, or purchasing or if you need help with those services which affect the entire campus, such as email, lecture capture, telephones, and desktop computer deployment, a simple email to  questromhelp@bu.edu will get you on the right track.

On-campus calls may be placed from any classroom, office, or lounge phone located throughout the building. For details on how to place telephone calls, please visit https://www.bu.edu/tech/services/comm/phone/calling-services/features/dialing/.

Long-distance calls require a 5-digit long-distance code (the same as your copier code).  If you do not have a code, please contact your department Program Coordinator.

Parking

Parking options on campus are administered by BU Parking and Transportation Services. There is a three-level garage under the Rafik B. Building Access

Your Boston University identification card (Terrier Card), which allows you access to the Hariri Building, University Libraries, and discounts at the Barnes and Noble bookstore, is administered by the University’s Office of Human Resources. For more information on obtaining your Terrier Card, please visit https://www.bu.edu/hr/manager-resources/bu-identification-card-terrier-card/.

Once you obtain your identification card, see Cam Philip in the Dean’s Office (617-353-4280) to have your card entered into the building’s security system so that you may have access to the building after standard hours.  Access to the 4th, 5th and 6th floors is by ID card until 7:30 a.m. and after 6:00 p.m. Please be aware that students do not have personal access to these floors outside of standard business hours. Please be aware of these restrictions when scheduling meetings and office hours.
