• Top left of your screen:
    • Date view options: (Day | Month | List)
      • Day view – this shows each of our Skedda spaces for one day at a time. I prefer this view, and I spend most of my Skedda time using this option
      • Month view – I find this visually confusing, but this may work for you
      • List view – this is where it gets fun. This is a filterable/sortable/exportable/printable list of all events. I recommend changing ‘Any Type’ to ‘User Bookings’ because this will exclude the many ‘unavailable’ reservations (more on that below)
    • Date picker
      • Clicking on the Left and Right arrows will change the date forward or backwards one day
      • Clicking on the date (Wednesday, October 10, 2018) will give you a calendar that you can use to navigate to any date. This calendar has a handy button for ‘today’ to help you jump back to the present
  • Top right of your screen
    • Room views
      • I have created ‘Views’, or groups of rooms, to help you limit your view, instead of looking at ALL spaces.
      • Also in that dropdown menu, scroll down below the ‘Views’ to where it says ‘Align to’. This will allow you to jump straight to a particular room, and that room will become the first room on the left side of your screen.
      • The Left and Right arrows will allow you to scroll through the rooms
