As you begin your MSBA career journey, your career team will help enhance your job search skills through personalized one-on-one coaching, events, and networking opportunities.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Employers seek students who can articulate their relevant skills and interests. Grades and academic performance alone will not be enough. Start building relationships with key employers today.

Our online portal for many of your academic and career resources. On our career page, you will see dozens of one-page career guides, videos, documents, and other tools to help you learn about career exploration. The more you read ahead of time, the better you’ll be when you arrive.
This resource will be available once you have created your BU email address. There are numerous career videos, documents, and events listed. Many employers post jobs and internships here. All one-on-one career coaching appointments will be done here as well. You will use this tool often.
Our approach is student-centered, career-focused, and market-driven. Your career coaching team will partner with you so that you are self-aware and market-ready as you create your career path. We will support you in your internship and job searches in a variety of ways:

· Career strategy development
· Cover letter development and critique
· Relationship building and research advice
· Interview preparation and mock interviews
· Salary negotiation advice
During the year, we will host several career-related workshops including, Informational Interviewing, Cultural Concepts for the US, and Networking. These hands-on sessions are designed to build skills around interviewing, resume writing, cover letters, relationship building, and job/internship searching.
