Ensures the ship stays afloat, the train stays on the tracks, and the wheels stay on the wagon. The president leads the team in mission and vision discussions while keeping everyone happy.

Second-in-command: the SVP enforces the rules of the road at the weekly council meetings and runs those meetings if the President is unable to attend. She develops a relationship with all of the student clubs and ensures their voices are heard. She is a champion of the council’s vision, and works to see it realized.
Makes sure that the current student body is plugged in to the alumni office. The VP of Career & Alumni Affairs maintains relationships with the FCC and the GPO and connects with other BU graduate schools and local MBA programs to plan mixers and other networking events.

Boat Cruise, Winter Formal, Spring Formal, Thirsty Thursday and countless other events are planned by her. She scouts out great venues, negotiates contracts, and ensures that the SMG students, who work hard, play harder. She is also the GSC’s liaison with the Cohort Cup.
Leads the development of a budget for the year, and balances the books as the year goes on. He is best friends with the Student Activities Office (SAO) and can recite the purpose of each event form by heart. He guides the development of the GSC internal funding policies.
The publicist – she is the voice of the Student Council. She crafts communication schedules and messaging for events and initiatives. She also manages the agenda and minutes for the weekly council meetings, and ensures transparency in the council’s activities.
The Conduit – He is the face of the PEMBA population. He works to make sure that the large PEMBA student body is kept plugged in to full-time happenings. He rallies the part-time troops to come out to events and participate in other student activities.
