Mr. Guill\u00e9n serves as an HR business partner to the drilling, completions, reservoir, geology, marketing, regulatory, and corporate affairs business units, and actively supports the continued growth efforts of the firm\u2019s workforce which has more than quadrupled in his time with the organization.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Prior to joining Diamondback Energy, Mr. Guill\u00e9n worked as an HR leader with Macy\u2019s, Walmart, and Carland Auto.
