To make an appointment please email\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:questromfa@bu.edu\">questromfa@bu.edu.<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Options for Financing Your Education<\/strong><\/h2>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>Loans<\/h3>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/questromworld.bu.edu\/mim\/financial-aid\/apply\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #009fda\">Federal loans <\/span><\/a>are available to U.S. Citizens\/permanent residents<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/questromworld.bu.edu\/grad\/essentials\/financial-aid\/private-educational-loans\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #009fda\">Private loans<\/span><\/a> could be available for domestic students students to help cover any needed portion of their tuition\/expenses<\/p>\n<p>Many US citizens, permanent residents, and international students finance their graduate educations with credit-based education loans. US citizens and permanent residents who qualify as creditworthy do not require cosigners. For more information about lenders in the rapidly changing loan environment, please visit BU\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/finaid\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Alternative Financing Options<\/a> website<\/p>\n<p>International students, however, may need to apply with a creditworthy US citizen or permanent resident with a US-based address. We encourage you to research the different loan programs and determine which loan best fits your needs. All students are encouraged to seek lenders offering loans with the most favorable terms. Here are some <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/finaid\/types-of-aid\/loans\/credit-based-loans\/international\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">loan options for International Students<\/a> seeking to borrow without a co-borrower and important steps you should take in investigating all loan options.<\/p>\n<h3>Tuition Reimbursement<\/h3>\n<p>Students whose company has tuition reimbursement benefits will need to notify Questrom Financial Aid or indicate this on their financial aid application.<\/p>\n<h3>Payment Plans<\/h3>\n<p>Students may choose to budget all or part of their semester balance in five monthly payments with the \u00a0Payment Plan administered by Nelnet. Participants must complete an enrollment agreement and pay a nonrefundable enrollment fee per semester. For more information about the Payment Plan or learn how to\u00a0enroll online, please visit the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/studentaccountingservices\/your-bill\/payment-plans\/\">Student Accounting Services website<\/a>. The deadline to enroll in the Payment Plan is mid-August for the Fall Semester, and mid-December for the Spring Semester. Payments for fall term do begin in May and enrolling after May would require making back payments upon enrollment.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Veteran Benefits<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Veterans and military-connected students may be eligible for educational assistance. If you intend to use VA education benefits at Boston University, the first step is to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.va.gov\/education\/how-to-apply\/\">apply with the VA<\/a>. Once you are matriculated, please email <a href=\"mailto:veterans@bu.edu\">veterans@bu.edu<\/a> a copy of the Certificate of Eligibility that the VA provides after processing your application. You may also visit the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.va.gov\/\">VA website<\/a> or contact 1-888-GI-BILL-1 (1-888-442-4551) to speak with a Veterans Benefits Counselor.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Yellow Ribbon Program<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The cost of Questrom\u2019s Online MBA is fully-covered for 100% eligible <a href=\"https:\/\/www.benefits.va.gov\/GIBILL\/resources\/benefits_resources\/rates\/ch33\/ch33rates080120.asp\">Post 9\/11 GI Bill<sup>\u00ae<\/sup><\/a> recipients who do not exhaust benefits, so these students have no need for the Yellow Ribbon Program, and the VA will not disburse Yellow Ribbon funds.
