Objective: To register students for SM395 a half credit management internship course. International students can use this course to be able to work in the US and also students who are doing internships for credit.

Who: QRO SPC, ISSO

When: Throughout the year as applications come in

Procedure:

1. Student submits the SM395 form
2. SPC makes sure that they meet all criteria to take SM395
3. SPC registers them for SM395 for the semester that they are requesting
4. The application is forwarded by SPC to ISSO for their approval
5. At the end of the semester SPC must make sure that all SM395 students have completed their internship and have submit a reflection essay for approval
6. Grades are input for each of the SM395 students once they have completed the internship and their reflection essay has been approved (P/F)
