Undergraduate students can graduate with latin honors based on their final GPA (excluding any PDP or OTP courses) according to the following percentages:
- Final GPA in the top 5% – summa cum laude
- Final GPA in the next 10% – magna cum laude
- Final GPA in the next 15% – cum laude
- Convocation Ceremony
- Graduation Application
- MBA and MS graduation requirements
- Convocation Ceremony Participation & Name Pronunciation
Graduate students graduate with honors based on their final “college GPA” according to the following GPA designations:
3.70+ – High Honors
3.55-3.69 – Honors
The Questrom Registrar’s Office coordinates with each programs’ academic advisors to review every Questrom student’s completion of their degree requirements, and the QRO works closely with the Questrom Events & Conferences department on the logistics of the Questrom Convocation Ceremonies during Commencement Weekend.
For those who plan to participate in the Questrom Convocation Ceremony, honors cords will be available to pick up in the atrium during the first two days of final exams, and at the check-in table before the Questrom Convocation Ceremony. Eligible students will be emailed in May and reminded to pick up their cords.
