career focused, and market driven.\u00a0 Career coaches partner with you so that you are self-aware and market-ready as you create your career path, offering a variety of services to support you in your internship and job searches.<\/p>\n<p>Some of the services offered include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assessment feedback<\/li>\n<li>Resume development and critique<\/li>\n<li>Job strategy development<\/li>\n<li>Cover letter development and critique<\/li>\n<li>Networking and research advice<\/li>\n<li>Interview preparation and mock interviews<\/li>\n<li>Salary negotiation advice<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Once you have completed your resume and job search plan with your career coach, we will refer you to our colleagues at the Feld Career Center (FCC) so you can partner with the Industry Relations team on your internship and\/or job search.\u00a0 Five industry relations managers with different industry focus and one West Coast lead complement the career coaching services as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Briefings on specific company culture, recruiting history, and interview tips<\/li>\n<li>Industry-themed career exploration events<\/li>\n<li>Job and internship postings, are typically composed of 5-15 students in an interactive setting.\u00a0 Our workshops use a hands-on, \u201clearning by doing\u201d approach by incorporating activities into the one and a half hour sessions.\u00a0 We help students to build on career development skillsets such as mastering interviewing, resume and cover letter writing, and project managing your internship career coaching team provides large group sessions for 1<sup>st<\/sup> and 2<sup>nd<\/sup> year MBA students through the ES723 course.\u00a0 These classes are designed to cover a wide variety of career-related topics such as developing your 30-second commercial elevator pitch and getting the most out of your summer internship
