itemprop=\"text\" ><h2>Overview<\/h2>\n<p>All students can send print jobs to the Questrom student print queue, <strong>QST-QUOTA-PRINTERS<\/strong>, and release their print jobs at the designated printer locations below.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Open Access Lab (room 328) &#8211; 3 printers<\/li>\n<li>Room 427 &#8211; 1 printer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>All students are given a Questrom Print Quota, which is\u00a0<em>separate<\/em>\u00a0from the BU MyPrint quota provided by BU IS&amp;T. Information on the MyPrint system, including printer locations, can be found\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/tech\/services\/cccs\/printing\/myprint\/faq\/\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3>Undergraduate Student\u00a0Quotas<\/h3>\n<p>Freshmen, Sophomores, Juniors, and Seniors: 400 pages<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Graduate Student Quotas<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>FTMBA, PEMBA, MSBA, MSMFT, MSMS, PhD: 2200 pages<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Other Questions<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>The full amount listed above is credited to the student account at the beginning of the fall semester, and does not replenish for the spring semester. Students pursuing minors in Questrom do not receive print quota privileges.<\/li>\n<li>If duplex printing (double-sided printing) is used, the account is charged per side. \u00a0For example, if one page is printed on both sides, then it will be charged for 2 pages.<\/li>\n<li>Students can verify current school affiliation by conducting a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/directory\/\">BU Directory search<\/a>. Only those students enrolled in a Questrom undergraduate or graduate program will receive print quota. Regardless of the individual scenario, it is this status code, assigned by the registrar, that determines whether our system will allow print quota to be allocated a given student. Students who feel their affiliation is incorrect, or outdated, should contact the registrar directly.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Color Printing<\/h3>\n<p>Color printing is available to students for $0.25 per page in the Open Access Lab (room 328) during normal hours.<\/p>\n<p>This cost is not subtracted from your Questrom or MyPrint quotas. Once you are connected to the VPN, you should follow the instructions below to begin printing.<\/p>\n<p>If you are printing from an on-campus location, or if you are already connected to the BU VPN, refer to the instructions below.
