Transcripts | Test Score Reports | FAQs
If you uploaded documents into our application system (rather than having them submitted by your university or college), they are no longer considered official, even if they say official on them.
The fastest and most efficient way to submit your official documents for verification is to have your institution(s) email us the official transcript to OMBAappdocs@bu.edu. Some universities send official transcripts electronically through an accredited provider:
Submission through National Student Clearing House: Please have the transcript(s) emailed to OMBAappdocs@bu.edu.
Submission through Parchment: The recipient should be “Questrom School of Business.” If that is not available in the drop-down options, please choose “other” or “not found” and type in “Questrom School of Business.
If your university prefers to mail your official transcript, they should use the following address:
Boston University Questrom School of Business
Graduate Admissions & Financial Aid Office
595 Commonwealth Avenue, Suite 115
Boston, MA 02215
Due to mail processing delays, we are unable to immediately verify if your transcript has been received. We will run a final transcript audit a few weeks before the start of MOD 0 and will be in touch directly if we require additional action on your part.
Transcript Waiver Policy
We ask that all enrolling students first attempt to contact their university before considering a waiver for this requirement. That said, we do realize there are times where a student may not be able to secure official documents (i.e., university no longer exists, civil unrest in country of university, or regulations that aren’t feasible for procuring official documents). If you need an exception/waiver to our official document policy, please email our team
