Disability and Access Services
Disability and Access Services provides services and support to ensure that students are able to access and participate in the opportunities available at BU.
If you had accommodations at your previous institution, you will need to work with this office to transition those accommodations to BU.
Educational Resource Center
The Educational Resource Center (ERC) is your one stop shop for academic support.
The ERC offers free peer tutoring services, writing help, language tables, and academic skills coaches to help you with reading and study strategies.
Feld Center
The Questrom Feld Center is exclusively for Questrom students and helps with their career development and engagement.
This office houses your undergraduate career advisors and helps to coordinate career events and brings recruiters to campus.
You can connect with your career advisors in ES215 and via Handshake.
Food Pantry
The BU Food Pantry is here to support all students on campus who may be facing food insecurity and to educate students about how they can make nutritious and budget friendly choices.
Students can place anonymous Food Pantry orders online.
Howard Thurman Center
The Howard Thurman Center promotes real conversations, shared experiences, and individuals coming together to solve problems.
Plus, it’s also a fun and beautiful space to hang around and find your community.
LGBTQIA+ Student Resource Center
The LGBTQIA+ Student Resource Center is an inclusive and safe environment for all members of the community. With a deep commitment to recognizing and addressing the unique challenges faced by queer and trans students, the Center offers accessible resources, sustains inclusive community groups, introduces intersectional programming, and empowers individuals in their pursuit of authentic self-expression within the university setting.
Life’s Emergency Fund
BU’s Dean of Students Office operates an Emergency Fund to help students who are struggling financially, socially, or with a sudden change in their housing situation.
Laptop loans are available through the Life’s Emergency Fund and also through Questrom.
LOCK Tutoring
LOCK Tutoring is your free resource for help in all your introductory Questrom business classes.
Offering in person and virtual group and individual tutors, LOCK is a great additional study resource. You can also follow them on Instagram.
Newbury Center for First Generation Students
The Newbury Center supports and celebrates first-generation undergraduate, graduate, and professional students at BU.
First Generation students are those whose parents/guardians/caregivers did not earn bachelor’s degrees.
Questrom Center for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
Questrom’s Center for Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion is committed to making Questrom a place where we are all connected by difference.
The Center for DEI hosts community events throughout the year, oversees the Ascend Fellowship, and has a great hangout and snack space in HAR205.

Student Organizations
Questrom has over 30 business related student organizations.
Get involved with a student org to find your community, learn more about a business topic, and even do work with external clients.

Student Wellbeing
The Wellbeing Office deeply believes that how you feel matters and puts on events and workshops throughout the year to support students mental, emotional, social, financial, intellectual, physical, spiritual, and environmental health.

Study Abroad
BU Study Abroad has over 80 programs across 20 different countries available to the BU community.
Some HUB courses and Questrom concentration courses are available abroad.
