As it’s vital for graduates to be on time for the academic procession onto Nickerson Field, plan to arrive by 12:15 pm at Harry Agganis Way to reach your school/college line-up. Graduates should arrive no later than 12:30 pm at their designated line-up areas; those arriving after that time cannot be guaranteed to walk with their school/college. Latecomers will walk together at the end of the academic procession and sit together as a group on Nickerson. University marshals will not be able to direct latecomers to their proper school/college area.

All guests attending the All-University Commencement on Sunday, May 18, 1 pm, at Nickerson Field will be required to have tickets for entrance to the field.

• On Tuesday, April 8, graduates will receive an email with a personalized link from commtix@bu.edu, letting them know the process to obtain tickets through Tassel (higher ed ticketing platform.)
  • After April 8, if you believe you are eligible to participate and did not receive the email with personalized link, please fill out this form and we can check your status.
• Each graduate will have to register for themselves and will then be allotted up to 4 tickets for guests, but can also request additional tickets.
• Additional tickets will be issued upon request for as long as capacity allows. Approvals take a few days and then will appear in the Tassel portal. Additional tickets should be requested by close of business on Friday, May 16, to allow for the Commencement Team to authorize them.
• The graduates will be responsible for “delivering” these electronic tickets to their guests by emailing them to guests via Tassel.
• Only registered graduating students can order tickets for their parents, family members, and guests.
