We make sure as many Commencement Weekend activities as possible are accessible to all who wish to attend. Beginning Monday, April 1, requests for accessible parking, seating, and individual services may be submitted. The deadline to submit the form is Friday, May 10, 5 pm ET. We encourage you to make your requests early to aid us in the planning for the weekend.

While every effort will be made to provide accommodations requested after May 10, they cannot be guaranteed.

For individual school/college convocation ceremonies, handicapped parking is available in all parking lots throughout the Charles River Campus on a first-come, first-served basis (no parking permit needed) to students and guests who are attending individual school and college ceremonies and other Commencement events.

Accessible seating is available during all commencement convocations. If you requested accessible seating on the Accommodations Request Form, further information and instructions will be sent to you in May.
