The Graduate Admissions and Financial Aid Office and MBA Center are thrilled to welcome you to Boston University Questrom School of Business and the Part-Time MBA program.

Let’s get you started with your next steps. Below is an outline of important dates and details to help make your transition to Questrom as smooth as possible. This site also provides you with information on resources available to you as a Questrom student. Most importantly, don’t forget, the Graduate Admissions & Financial Aid team is always an email or call away to answer any questions you have. We can’t wait to see your success!

  • SUBMIT YOUR DEPOSIT

    You can find your due date in your offer of admission.

  • SEND YOUR OFFICIAL DOCUMENTS

    In order to matriculate at Boston University, all incoming students are required to submit official transcripts, per University policy. As a Part-Time MBA student, you are required to submit official transcripts by the first day of LAUNCH. See here for more information on submission.

  • REQUIRED ORIENTATION

    LAUNCH is a required on campus orientation to your academic coursework, campus resources, and networking for all entering students at Questrom. Part-Time MBA LAUNCH will take place all day on Wednesday, August 19, 2026.
