Danielle volman
Danielle Volman is a Certified Change Management Professional, having launched and is currently leading the Global Ambassador Program in the Customer Service and Support organization at Microsoft. The Ambassador Program empowers all employees to become change agents for CSS’ highest priority initiatives. Ambassadors amplify the voice of our customers and other employees and implement solutions worldwide to directly influence, engineer, and accelerate positive, global change from culture to process to tools.
Prior to her role as an influential leader of the Ambassador Program, Danielle built a 4 year proven track record of unwavering customer service excellence and superior technical, analytical, and communication skills as a Support Escalation Engineer for Commercial and Public Sector Enterprise customers. Danielle joined Microsoft right after graduating from Boston University’s Questrom School of Business where she concentrated in Management Information Systems and Organizational Behavior.
Having lived in Boston and Brooklyn, the warmer weather was very easy to acclimate to in Charlotte, where 1 of the 4 largest Microsoft offices in the US are based! It is there where she met her fiancé James, who her dog, Mishka, highly approves of. Danielle has trained Mishka as both a Service Dog and a Therapy Dog who volunteers at libraries and also the RMH of Charlotte. When she is not dog training or fostering, you will likely find her running, traveling, learning something new, eating, or volunteering – most recently for a nonprofit supporting women in tech she has co-founded just a few months ago!
