Ritika Jain (pronounced: rih-THEE-kah JAYN) is based in the United Arab Emirates, where she is part of the founding leadership team at Titan Lithium, a multi-billion-dollar battery materials company helping build the backbone of the global energy transition. Since the company’s inception, she has worked across strategy, financing, partnerships, and growth, and today leads its commercial strategy, growth initiatives, and key partnerships.

Her earlier work spanned healthcare, technology, and aerospace. She has also built and led initiatives focused on entrepreneurship, impact, and leadership development, including within the Young Presidents’ Organization, where she founded the Impact platform across South Asia and later served as Co-Chair for the Global Impact Officer role, helping shape initiatives across a global network of more than 21,000 members. She has also advised, mentored, and invested in first-time founders and women entrepreneurs.

Boston has long felt like home to Ritika. She earned her undergraduate degrees from Boston University — in Business Administration from the Questrom School of Business and in Economics from the College of Arts & Sciences — before going on to complete her MBA at the MIT Sloan School of Management. Over the long term, she is focused on building enduring businesses across energy, technology, and health, driven by a belief that business can be one of the most powerful tools for solving meaningful real-world problems.
