Leo Guillén is a Senior HR Advisor at Diamondback Energy, Inc., a large independent oil and natural gas company in Texas. Mr. Guillén serves as an HR business partner to the drilling, completions, reservoir, geology, marketing, regulatory, and corporate affairs business units, and actively supports the continued growth efforts of the firm’s workforce which has more than quadrupled in his time with the organization. 

Prior to joining Diamondback Energy, Mr. Guillén worked as an HR leader with Macy’s, Walmart, and Carland Auto. He was born and raised in Mexico, is married with two children, has a degree in finance from the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley, and is currently pursuing an online MBA from the Boston University Questrom School of Business

Diane Lopes is a Lean Six Sigma black belt with over twenty-five years of experience in the financial services and healthcare insurance industries. Her background includes a broad array of business leadership roles including process optimization, project management, change management, operations leadership, capability building and talent development. She currently works for Edelman Financial Engines as a Vice President leading the Enterprise Project Management Office and Process Optimization. Her personal passion for diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging (DEI&B) and has led her to volunteer for several roles that champion these efforts. She was an executive sponsor for DE&I at Aetna. At MassMutual, she was the Co-Chair for the Latino/Hispanic Employee Resource Group (ERG). She evolved the ERG to one with a multi-faceted focus aligning members to both business and personal growth opportunities. 

Diane is a dedicated advocate for Autism awareness and disability rights and equality.  She is the Vice-Chair for an equal rights organization, Somers Advocates for Social Justice/Somers for Black Lives. Diane has two adult children, ages 20 and 24, and two dogs.  

Cristian Biviano is currently a Talent Acquisition Partner for Early Professional Hires at IBM. He previously supported the Diversity & Inclusion Analytics Teams. He is an active member in Hispanic at IBM BRG and part of the Be Equal Ally program. Before joining IBM, Cristian served as the Assistant Director of Social Justice and Leadership Education at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign where he advised identity-based groups and created curriculum around having dialogue about diversity and taught courses focused on building inclusive communities. Cristian also serves as the President for the Board of Directors of the University of Illinois Latina/Latino Alumni Association.

Cristian has a passion for social justice and inclusion and hopes to establish stronger pipelines for first-generation minority students to obtain their personal and career goals.

Clara Arroyave is CEO and co-founder of PlaceMe a Boston Co-living company, acquired by SplitSpot. With over 7 years of experience in the real estate technology space, she launched her own company in 2016, before being a co-founder and team member in two other RETECH startups (one of them Y Combinator alumni). She graduated from gener8tor, one of the most important accelerators in the United States that invests in high-growth startups.

As an active member of the Boston start-up community, Clara is a growth mentor, leader, and consultant focused on empowering startups with strong value propositions. She works primarily on strategy and performance improvement in the real estate tech space. Clara is also a member of First Group Latinos for Education, a non-profit organization that prepares Latino Leaders to serve on Boards of Education nationwide. She currently serves as a Board Member at Breakthrough Greater Boston.
