This form is available during the University’s Add/Drop Period at the beginning of every semester. This form will go live on Wednesday afternoon, January 17. The last day to add a course with standard dates is January 31, and the last day to request an SM131 or SM132 section is January 25. To submit a request before January 17, please submit the Waitlist Request Form.
The Questrom Course Instructor Permission Request Form is available during the start of each semester, during the Add/Drop Period. This form will open again at the start of the Summer 1 2024 semester.
To request to add a non-Questrom course, please complete this Add/Drop Form, and submit this form to the Office of the University Registrar at 881 Commonwealth Avenue, or at registrar@bu.edu.
