Questrom Proctoring System

The Questrom Proctoring system is designed to help connect instructors seeking exam proctors with students who are interested in proctoring exams.

If you are an instructor and would like to request proctors for an upcoming exam, please fill out the Proctor Request form and we will send a message to the proctor pool with the exam information. Once students from the proctor pool have volunteered, you will receive an email with their contact information so you can reach out to the proctors with any additional exam details.

If you are a student and are interested in being added to the proctor pool, please fill out the Proctor Application form.

Proctor Application Form

Please review the following video, then complete the Questrom Proctor Application Form below if you are interested in being added to the proctor pool. If you meet the criteria to become a proctor, then you will be added to the proctor emailing list. Each week proctors receive an email with information about the exams taking place that professors have requested proctors for. If you have taken the course before, then you are eligible to proctor for that exam. Once you have volunteered for an exam and been selected to proctor, your information will be passed along to the professor who will contact you with any additional details about the exam. All proctors are compensated for their time. If you have any questions about being a student proctor, please feel free to reach out to questromreg@bu.edu.
