Here you’ll find a range of resources that will guide you as you transition to a Boston University Questrom School of Business MBA student.

FINANCING YOUR DEGREE

Please click here for the 2025-2026 Instructions and Application for Federal Financial Aid. Visit the Graduate Financial Aid website for information concerning private educational loans and other outside resources.

Student Accounting Services is responsible for billing students and processing payments. Full-Time MBA students may visit the Payment Plan web page to learn more.

To help you apply for outside scholarships, we have compiled this scholarship list.  Please note that this list is not endorsed by BU and it is not comprehensive.

First, thank you for your service! BU’s Veterans Services office provides dedicated services and information to support you during your time at Boston University.

HOUSING

On-campus graduate housing provides students the option to apply for both shared living and private apartments. In order to access the graduate housing portal, students will need to create their BU email and login information. To create your BU login, students must confirm their attendance by submitting their first deposit and their declaration of intent. A link to create your BU credentials will be emailed to you shortly thereafter.

Finding an apartment is one of the most common stressors for our incoming graduate students. That’s why we partnered with VeryApt, a real estate technology company, to build a personalized housing portal for our programs. For more information, visit the housing portal page.

HEALTH

We care about your health and well-being while you pursue your degree. BU’s Student Health Services is ready to help you get started navigating their services. Aetna Student Health provides BU’s health insurance plan. Here are some helpful links: Student Health Insurance Plan (SHIP)Student Health Insurance Waiver InformationDependent Coverage.
