The Course Continuity Plan worksheet is designed to help you develop a basic continuity plan for your courses if a campus crisis (prolonged adverse weather; safety; health epidemic; personnel disruptions or loss) significantly disrupts your ability to provide residential instruction. This plan should be updated before the start of each semester and shared with all those involved in the teaching and teaching support of your course(s). This template is based on the principles outlined in the report (O’Sullivan, et al. 2023) cited in the notes at the end of the document.
