Please complete this form to declare your intention take a business course at a U.S. college/university and transfer the course back to BU.

After you submit this form, it will be reviewed by an academic advisor to ensure that the course will count toward your Boston University degree and by a Questrom faculty member to review course equivalency. You will receive a reply within 2-3 weeks that will include information about how to complete the transfer credit process. Please note that you cannot be cross-registered at another university during the fall and spring semesters (https://www.bu.edu/academics/questrom/policies/cross-registration/).
