Business Course Transfer Equivalency Appeal Form

To request transfer equivalency for business courses that you took at your previous university or college. Students may appeal for transfer equivalency only once per course, and you must do it in your first semester of enrollment in Questrom.

If you are looking to have two previous courses fulfill equivalency credit for one Questrom class, e.g. ACCT 1 and ACCT 2 for QST AC 221, please list both course numbers and include syllabi for both courses
You must have received a C or better in the course for it to transfer to BU.

The Course must be at least 2 credits for transfer to BU
Support flies should be saved as LastName_BUID_filetype_EquivalentCourse. For example: Smith_U123456789_syllabus_AC221 You may attach up to three files.

The length of the course; textbook(s) or articles used; a weekly schedule of topics covered (not just chapter names or numbers), and assessment methods: e.g., exams, papers, group work, etc…
