Your PhD Profile

All PhD Students can have a profile page for them that displays their public data, publications, short bio, etc.

However, each student must OPT-IN to have the profile created.

PhDs will be shown in two directories

1) https://questromapps.bu.edu/qstnet/Directories/dba_directory.cfm

2) https://www.bu.edu/questrom/phd-program/phd-student-directory/

Note

It will take at least a day for new information to show up on your directory.
E.G. If you just made an edit, it will show up on your profile tomorrow!

Opt-In / Create Your Profile

Go to questromapps.bu.edu and login
Click on Doctoral Student Information System
Click on the Switch to next to “I wish to publish my information in the Questrom Doctoral Student Directory:”

Edit Your Bio / Profile Summary

Under the Supplemental Profile Information tab, click on the ‘Profile Summary’ link
Click on ‘+ Add Profile Summary‘ if you do not have one
Click on the pencil icon to edit your profile summary

Upload Your CV

Under the Curriculum Vitae section click on Upload CV
First delete any existing CV you have by click on the trash icon
Upload your new CV and submit

Set Your Profile Image

Your profile photo is taken by our Marketing and Communications department. To get your photo taken, please contact Susan Leyva (susanley@bu.edu)
