^*The origination fee is charged by the Department of Education for each federal student loan you receive. It is a percentage of the total loan amount you are borrowing (request/awarded amount). The loan fee is deducted proportionately from each disbursement of your loan. This reduces the actual loan amount you receive (needed/received amount). The specific loan fee that you are charged will be included in a disclosure statement you will receive after the first disbursement of your federal student loan. You will be required to repay the request/awarded amount.

12 + Fall cr. enrolled / 12 cr. full-time = 100% X $10,250 = $10,250 maximum awarded amount – 1.057% origination fee = $10,142 disbursed amount
12+ Spring cr. enrolled / 12 cr. full-time = 100% X $10,250 = $6,458 maximum awarded amount – 1.057% origination fee = $10,142 disbursed amount
TOTAL = $20,500 awarded amount / $20,284 disbursed amount

Part-Time MBA Unsubsidized Loan Amounts

MAX ELIGIBILITY PER SEMESTER:

6 cr. enrolled / 12 cr. full-time = 50% X $10,250 = $5,125 maximum awarded amount – 1.057% origination fee = $5,071 disbursed amount
7 cr. enrolled / 12 cr. full-time = 58% X $10,250 = $5,945 maximum awarded amount – 1.057% origination fee = $5,882 disbursed amount
8 cr. enrolled / 12 cr. full-time = 67% X $10,250 = $6,868 maximum awarded amount – 1.057% origination fee = $6,795 disbursed amount
9 cr. enrolled / 12 cr. full-time = 75% X $10,250 = $7,688 maximum awarded amount – 1.057% origination fee = $7,607 disbursed amount
10 cr. enrolled / 12 cr. full-time = 83% X $10,250 = $8,508 maximum awarded amount – 1.057% origination fee = $8,418 disbursed amount
11 cr. enrolled / 12 cr. full-time = 92% X $10,250 = $9,430 maximum awarded amount – 1.057% origination fee = $9,330 disbursed amount

7.5 Fall cr. enrolled / 12 cr. full-time = 63% X $10,250 = $6,457 maximum awarded amount – 1.057% origination fee = $6,389 disbursed amount
7.5 Spring cr. enrolled / 12 cr. full-time = 63% X $10,250 = $6,458 maximum awarded amount – 1.057% origination fee = $6,390 disbursed amount
TOTAL = $12,915 awarded amount / $12,779 disbursed amount

TUITION ONLY:

$4,167 Fall billed tuition + 1.057% origination fee = $4,211 amount needed to be requested
