Students making enrollment changes such as adding and dropping classes must refer to Student Accounting Services’ Tuition Refund Schedule. Student Services and other fees are non-refundable as of the first day of the semester, and deposits toward tuition and/or room and board are also non-refundable.
Students who process their LOA or WD prior to the start of the semester, will have 100% tuition refund/cancelation of charges. Students who process their LOA or WD after the start of the semester are subject to a partial tuition refund based on the date the course is dropped.
Students who drop courses from their schedule, but still remain enrolled in at least one course, will get a 100% tuition refund/cancellation of charges for the dropped course up until the “last day to drop without a W” date. Once this date has passed, the student will have the course dropped with a W grade, and cannot have any of the tuition for that course canceled.
