Our Mission
We hope this Conference invigorates current health sector leaders and inspires the future generation to come together to address the challenges, and opportunities in this complex and constantly evolving field.
2020 Conference Team
Savi Bailey
Savi is a second year, full-time MBA/MPH dual degree student in the Health Sector Management Program. She has a Bachelor of Science in Anthropology from Tulane University. Before Questrom, she worked at a federal qualified health center (FQHC) in Houston helping clients living with HIV overcome barriers to accessing medical care. In addition, she managed a research study in association with Boston University assessing the impact Community Health Workers (CHWs) had in retaining clients in HIV medical care. Over the summer, Savi interned with CVS Health within their Design & Innovation Lab. After graduation, she plans to pursue work in healthcare management, with a focus on strategy.
DJ Hessler
DJ Hessler is a 2nd year, full-time MBA degree student in the Health Sector Management program at Questrom. He graduated from Tufts University with a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering, and then worked for nearly a decade in the biotech space where he was able to perform a wide variety of roles supporting business and research functions. Over the past year, he has worked with Walk with Path, a MassChallenge medical device company, to develop their US reimbursement strategy. This summer DJ interned for athenahealth in their Technology-Enabled Services division. Following graduation from Questrom, DJ is excited to work with innovative health companies.
Rachel Andreas
Rachel is a second-year full-time MBA/MPH student in the Health Sector Management program at Questrom. Before Questrom, Rachel earned a Bachelor’s degree from Boston University in Neuroscience and Political Science. She worked as a family case advocate at Boston Medical Center, connecting low-income families with Boston with social resources in the Boston area. She then worked as a research assistant for the Center for Human Genetics, directly assisting the director of the Center with research on medical negligence and connective tissue genetic disorders. She then joined the Boston Bar Association, where she was part of the Professional Development and Education team. In this role, she managed the BBA’s sixteen legal industry conferences and assisted with other event management.
Lauren Erlingheuser
Lauren Erlingheuser is a part-time MBA student in the Health Sector Management program with a concentration in Marketing. She graduated from Boston University’s College of Communication in 2009, receiving a B.S. in Communication. Lauren has been with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts since 2010 and is currently a Communications Consultant in compliance and enrollment marketing. She hopes to continue her career in marketing communications in the health sector.
Gabrielle Dell’Aquilo
Gabrielle Dell’Aquilo is a 1st year, full-time MBA degree student in the Health Sector Management program at Question. She graduated from Boston College with a B.S. in Management, a concentration in marketing, and a minor in philosophy. She went on to work in account management at Epsilon Data, dynamically supporting CRM solutions for clients in the retail sector. Gabrielle plans to pursue an internship in digital health and looks forward to applying her background in data and strategy to an innovative healthcare setting.
Simona Gilman
Simona Gilman is a first year MBA student in the Health Sector Management program at Questrom. She graduated from Tufts University with a BA in Economics and International Relations prior to a career in marketing with several health-technology startups in the Boston area. Most recently she was the Director of Marketing for GNS Healthcare, an AI-driven precision medicine company building computer models of disease for in silico simulations. Simona hopes to pursue a career in market access with a pharmaceutical company focusing on rare disease.
Evan Piccirillo
Evan Piccirillo is a 1st year, full-time MBA student in the Health Sector Management program at Questrom. He graduated from Trinity College in 2015 with a B.A. in Philosophy and minor in Legal Studies. Following Trinity, Evan held positions at The Bank of New York Mellon and most recently worked in the Investments Office at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital. Evan is passionate about the healthcare space and hopes to continue working in the industry while at Questrom and beyond.
Garima Sharma
Garima is a first-year MBA/MPH student in the Health Sector Management program at Questrom. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Chemistry at the University of Manitoba, followed by a Master of Pharmaceutical Science at Western University of Health Sciences. She has served as a research associate identifying and targeting biomarkers to increase drug specificity in cardiovascular disease models. Most recently she has served as a study coordinator for clinical studies evaluating bioequivalence of generic medications and the market access of novel dosage formulations. Garima looks forward to applying her research background to a value and access career within the pharmaceutical space.
