Questrom owned and managed digital signage is located in the following areas of 595 Commonwealth Avenue:
- Entry kiosk
- Three displays outside room 105
- 1st floor office lobbies
- Undergraduate lounge on 2nd floor
- Graduate lounge on 3rd floor
- East and west elevator lobbies of 4th floor
- 416 suite
All Displays Except Entry Kiosk
Images intended for display on Questrom signage (with the exception of the entry kiosk) should be sized to 1920 px by 1080 px for the best results.
Images should be saved in PNG format, and be less than 2 Megabytes in size.
This display is now managed by our Events and Conferences department, to be used for Questrom approved events only.

How to Post
All events should be submitted to the Questrom Calendar using the Submit New Event form along with the poster/image to display.
After submitting the event, the submitter should contact Questrom ITS by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org with the name of the event, and request that it be posted digitally.
Questrom ITS administrators will post the image to the appropriate signage.
Special and Large-Scale Events
For special events or large-scale events that would like to take over the signage in certain areas, please send the request to email@example.com along with an image formatted according to the specifications above.
Requests to take over an entire signage appliance must come from staff or faculty; student groups may request this but must CC their faculty or staff advisor on the request.
