Request to Use ExamSoft
Please send an email to Questrom ITS at questromhelp@bu.edu to request to use ExamSoft (if you’re new to ExamSoft, we kindly ask that you give us 2-3 weeks heads-up before your first scheduled exam).
Someone from Questrom ITS will then connect with you to talk through how ExamSoft works, and schedule training sessions.
Advanced Troubleshooting
- If all fails, restart Computer after 60 seconds from when student last entered data.
- Contact Questrom ITS via questromhelp@bu.edu to get a member of our team to do more advanced troubleshooting.
